Challenge

AdvisorShares also wanted to ensure its CRM data, the lifeblood of its distribution team, stayed accurate and up to date. Previous data providers offered integrations that were only partially functional and became stale quickly, making automation difficult and limiting the team’s ability to personalize communication.

Solution

The team uses AdvizorPro across multiple workflows:

  • List Matching: When preparing for events, AdvisorShares imports sample attendee data and enriches it with additional firm-level details using AdvizorPro.
  • Website Visitor Intelligence: Provides real-time insights into which advisors are engaging with AdvisorShare’s website and content, allowing sales to act immediately on high-interest leads.
  • 13F Data Search: Helps identify RIAs with similar ETF usage to target competitive opportunities.
  • CRM Automation: Streams clean, segmented data directly into HubSpot to drive targeted marketing and call campaigns.

When setting up their integration, AdvisorShares configured HubSpot workflows that now automate engagement tracking and deliver actionable insights to the firm’s investment consulting team.

Looking Ahead
